PB & Friends:organic peanut butter on wheat bread with your choice of banana, honey or locally made jam (strawberry or raspberry)
Monster Melt: muenster cheese melted over avocado on a piece of wheat toast.
Chicken Monster Melt: muenster cheese melted over free-range chicken on a piece of wheat toast.
Kids’ Felafel: Half a whole wheat pita filled with felafel, spinach, diced tomatoes, and lemon tahini dressing.

Big Meals for Little Tummies $5

The Mini Mexi: Black OR refried beans, spanish rice, a potato roll-up, guacamole, and a dollop of sour cream.
The Little Dipper: two felafel balls, pita wedges, cucumber slices, carrot sticks, with hummus, guacamole and lemon tahini.
Chili Meal: a bowl of veggie chili with a dollop of sour cream on top, half a grilled cheese sandwich and tortilla chips.
Kids’ Quesadilla: cheddar cheese and brown beans in a quesadilla, served with a dollop of guacamole and sour cream.

*We serve organic peanut butter, applesauce and ketchup, all free from preservatives and high fructose corn syrup.
*We make as much as we can from scratch, using whole foods and healthy ingredients, including our felafel, hummus, chili, spanish rice, guacamole, salad dressings, lemonades and desserts.
*Our chicken is free-range and local, and our milk and chocolate milk is rbgh hormone-free.

Specialty Nights

Tuesday: Mexi-Night! Kids Mexi includes refried beans, brown rice, a potato roll-up, and a mini potato or black bean taco topped with cabbage, fresh pico de gallo, sour cream and parmesan. One free re-order and kids under 3 eat for free. $4
Wednesday: Kids Menu is 1/2 off after 5pm!! Chef’s special: Ask your server about kids portions.
Thursday: Breakfast for Dinner! Choose your favorite meal from our breakfast menu!
Friday: Down Home Night. Ask your server about special sides available only on down home night. Down Home sides are $1.50
